We believe everyone should have access to delicious, healthy and well-prepared meals as I believe the eating time is a moment to slow down, and be grateful. Our dish will feature, whenever possible, local ingredients, ethical, grass fed protein and ocean wise product.

Cooking has been a passion of mine since childhood, and I love sharing my culinary skills and experiences from around the world. I’ve trained in a 2 star Michelin restaurant in France, and have worked in high-end restaurants in both Europe and Canada. At home in Brittany, we’ve always had the belief of farm to table cuisine, so when I moved to Vancouver, I was pleasantly surprised by all the fresh, local, wild, sustainable and ethical foods. My belief is cooking with simplicity, while using the finest and freshest ingredients. My goal is to make your dining experience memorable, while bringing a smile with every bite.
